A Quick Resolution Check

Ho ho ho and Happy 2017 everyone!

We wanted to come back to our hopes and resolutions from last year. Let's revise shall we?

1. Level up at least twice this year

We're pretty sure we've aced this one. I mean, we've definitely grown in many ways. Our music got better, we've become healthier, we're making progress study/career-wise... Level up: check!

2. Get new superpowers and new gear

A new recording microphone and a Maschine mk2: check!

3. Increased health and mana + stamina boost

Well, we've been eating pretty healthily (what an impossible word to type) and have been exercising (another hard word omg) regularly. So I'm pretty sure we're good here.

4. The year of supergirls in fly capes

Definitely! Feminism is all the rage again, and there was actually a tv-series about supergirl on CBS. Also, we released a song for International Women's Day!

5. Contribute to world peace

Well, our feminist song was a good start, right?

6. Get a press release

Our song was played on a local radio station and we got to do a little interview, so check! Though we want to go bigger next year!

7. Finally know what happened to John Snow.

Check that.

8. May scientists reveal that candy is just like a healthy meal

Well, we might not be there yet, but at least this is good news.

9. Make Tall and Tiny action figure toys

Darn, didn't do this yet! Maybe move this one over to next year?

10. Watch the new Star Wars

Even though this was still in 2015, it was awesome. And Rogue One was awesome!

So hey, we didn't do a bad job! Hooray! Now let's make 2017 awesome AF.

Instagram Challenge, day 2

Hi!

First off: if you haven't joined the picture game yet, it's not too late! Just catch up by posting your day 1 picture!

Okay we saw some lovely stuff yesterday! But we're really hoping to see more pictures of you guys! Before we tell you the challenge of this second day, we'd like to explain why exactly we are doing this challenge. (and yes, arrows for this one)

➳ 2015 has begun, and we want to start it off well. We'd like to enjoy the little things about life. Like yesterday, when we sparkled up some new appreciation for our favourite spot at home. It's often the little moments that count the most. 

➳ We'd really like to get in touch with all of you and thought this would be a pretty good way to exchange some fun stuff with each other!

➳  It's just really fun. 

So there you go! Now, as promised, the new challenge! Haven't we all thought about some new year's resolutions? Whether you laminated them and hung them above your bed, or just thought about it after having too much champagne around midnight, you've been thinking about it. Maybe you want to change something, or maybe you want to keep up a good habit you already have. But 2015 is going to rock!!

We are so going to finish the first Game of Thrones book and 青 唱 宠 by the end of the year, right? (don't try looking it up on Google Translate, it's literally qing chang chong and won't make any sense, whatsoever)

Our 2014 Overview

Hi you!

Before we kick in the new year, we'd like to look back on some of the best things about the past year (yes, we're using flowers for this one)!

✿ TNT had a bit of a break during the summer, but then we felt a sudden urge to make music, which is such a wonderful feeling. Inspiration! 

✿ We have made a big step towards recording our first album (find out how we do it here!)

✿ Jade got her Bachelor's degree and decided to go for the Master's, and Elvi started teaching piano lessons and doing modelling jobs, just like she always wanted.

✿ We have been quite healthy this year (Elvi runs and Jade does yoga)

✿ The music video for Sold His Soul was made and published, thank you all for the praise and feedback! 

✿ We started this blog!

Some of our most read posts so far include: Jade talking about F.A.C.T.S., Elvi sharing her romantic photoshoot and the sneak peek to our new song! 

Now, we know that it's mostly been nerdie posts (which we hope you've enjoyed so far), but there will be a lot of DIY projects next year (plus, Elvi actually has a very cool photoshoot to share with you soon!) and of course there will be a lot of music! Once we finish some of our new songs, we'll share them with you asap, promised! 

As far as resolutions are concerned, we'd basically like to keep up all the things we just listed above. We hope we can remain strong and healthy, work hard, and between working and studying have fun and make music! If we could make a wish, it would be getting to hear from you. We love reading comments, so really, feel free to share any thoughts you have with us here! Do you have resolutions? Inspire us!
